Catherine Dill

Catherine Dill joined CNS as a Research Associate in the East Asia and Nonproliferation Program (EANP) and the Export Control and Nonproliferation Program (XNP) in 2014. Her interests include China’s nonproliferation and export control policies, illicit procurement networks in Asia, and East Asian Security. Catherine’s work incorporates geospatial analysis, other remote sensing data, mapping, foreign-language research, and archival research.

Previously, Catherine worked as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, DC. Catherine holds a MA in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. She speaks English and Chinese.
