Dr. Jonathan Brewer OBE is a Visiting Professor at King’s College London. He is a UN Consultant and was Acting Coordinator of the UN Panel on DPRK when it was terminated in April 2024. He was also Coordinator of the UN 1540 Group of Experts and Financial Expert of the UN Panel on Iran. Previously, he enjoyed a 28-year career with the UK Foreign Service, including as Head of Counter-Proliferation. His research interests include WMD proliferation, its financing and sanctions.
