Seungmin (Helen) Lee is a Cyber Risk Associate with Next Peak and a Program Associate with Cyber Defense Assistance Collaborative (CDAC). At Next Peak, she manages cyber risk consulting engagements from proposals to cybersecurity workshops and reports to stakeholder management of client organizations. At CDAC, she leads the blue force tracker initiative, recording and analyzing international technological defense assistance provided to Ukraine since the onset of the war in 2022.

Previously, she has assisted or interned with Stimson's 38 North, the North Korea Cyber Working Group--an initiative of the Belfer Center’s Korea Project, Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies, Brookings Institution's China Center, and Asia Society. She received her Master's in International Affairs at Columbia University's SIPA in May 2022 and Bachelor of Arts at Columbia College in May 2021. Helen is fluent in English, Korean, Spanish, Japanese and proficient in Chinese.
