Dr. Sung-jun Bae is a visiting fellow for the Stimson Center's Korea Program and 38 North. He has worked in Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and Ministry of National Defense (MND), specializing in foreign affairs, defense policy, the defense industry, and logistics management.
