Uri Kidron is a PhD candidate in the Department of International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where his research examines threat perception, emotion, and panic in state decision-making. He has presented work on international responses to nuclear proliferation in the Middle East at the Wilson Center's 2025 Nuclear History Summer Camp in Hiroshima.
