Alberto Ballesteros is a Research Assistant at the King's College London Centre for Science and Security Studies (CSSS). His research focuses on WMD procurement networks, their techniques for circumventing sanctions and their financing. Alberto holds an MA in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College London's Department of War Studies. He is also a contributor to the Spanish international affairs magazine El Orden Mundial, where he writes about the political and security dynamics of East and South Asia. Previously, he worked at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research in Singapore.
