James A. Foley, Senior Fellow Higher Education Academy, University of Sheffield. He holds a PhD from the School of East Asian Studies, University of Sheffield (2001). His PhD research area was "Divided Families in the Republic of Korea." He is the author of a book on the divided families issue and of more than 50 articles on the two Koreas.
