Benjamin Katzeff Silberstein is a Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Korean Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem where he teaches on North Korea and Korean history. He holds a PhD in history from the University of Pennsylvania, with a dissertation about the evolution of North Korea's surveillance system.
