Roberta Cohen is Co-Chair emeritus of the Board of Directors of the US Committee for Human Rights in North Korea (HRNK) and a member of the Coalition of Independent Scholars. Specializing in human rights and humanitarian issues, Roberta was a non-resident senior fellow at the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution.
