Dr. Théo Clément is a Research Associate at King’s College London’s Project Alpha, where he conducts research on China-DPRK economic ties, DPRK economic reforms and sanctions. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Lyon and the University of Vienna, lectures at the Pyongyang University of Science and Technology and has held visiting positions at Yanbian University.
