William Brown is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and Non-Resident Scholar at Korea Economic Institute of America. He is a retired US government economist having served in CIA, Commerce Department and the National Intelligence Council, and overseas in East Asia.
